Shipping policy
How quickly can I expect my order?
Our goal is to get your custom metal parts to you in three days or less. We send shipments out daily, usually the same day orders are received. If there are any issues with your order, we’ll contact you right away. Shipping rates are calculated based on dimensions, weight and location.
While we try to get your parts to you as fast as possible, we are not responsible for delays once the package has shipped, and we are not liable for any damage or cost caused by delays in shipping or delivery. Title and risk of loss is transferred to you upon transfer of the goods from SendCutSend to the shipment carrier. If local pickup, title and risk of loss is transferred to you when you take possession of the goods.
What if I need my order sooner than three days?
Although we cannot speed up our production times, overnight shipping is available for most orders. Prices will vary based on time expected, location, and weight and dimensions of your order. Contact us at support@sendcutsend.com for a quote.
How will I know when you’ve shipped my parts?
Once your part has been packaged and a shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will also be able to track your order through your account on Sendcutsend.com.
How do I change the shipping address for my order or my billing information?
We will ship your order to the shipping address you submit in your order. Contact us at support@sendcutsend.com as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping information. We pride ourselves in our speedy turnarounds, so catch us before your order ships!
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time we only ship to addresses located in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
